Eric is a director of live theatre, film, and new media. His directing work includes world-premiere and West Coast premieres of plays, solo performances, sketch comedy, improv, commercials, short films, and web series.
Eric's stage directing work includes critically-acclaimed and award-winning projects in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Boulder, and across the country at numerous festivals and theaters including: NY International Fringe Festival, Piccolo Spoleto Fringe Festival, The Upright Citizens Brigade (NY & LA), The Second City (Chicago & LA), The Comedy Central Stage, IAMA Theatre Co., The Skylight Theatre, Casa 0101, The Hudson Theater, The Triptych Group, The Lost Studio, iO Chicago, iO West, the Dairy Center (Boulder, CO), and as a guest director at the University of California San Diego, among others. Eric is a member of the Echo Theatre Company in Los Angeles and the Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab.
Most recently, Eric directed JTK Production's critically acclaimed, Ovation Award nominated production of David Lindsay-Abaire's Pulitzer Prize winning drama Rabbit Hole at the Lounge Theater in Los Angeles. Read more about that production HERE.
Eric is directing the West Coast premiere of THE INTIMACY EFFECT by New York based playwright Jeff Tabnick. The show is produced by JTK Productions, the team behind Ovation Award nominated RABBIT HOLE in 2017, directed by Eric. Coming April 13 - May 13, 2018 at the Lounge Theater in Hollywood.
